McCain spent the day meeting with the foreign minister of Iraq and remarked to reporters that Obama was wrong when he said the surge would fail.
If the Left was consistent they would be outraged that a candidate for president would give a campaign speech from the pulpit.
If any Republican had given the same speech in the same place, the talk about the danger to the separation of church and state would be endless – and it would be pointed out that campaigning in a church is against the law.
